Do you know what we love about making a One Pot Meal? First, we love the lack of dirty dishes. One pot recipes generally only require a knife for chopping, a cutting board, a spoon for stirring, and a single pot for cooking, just as the name implies. The removal of all the pots, pans, and extra utensils make this meal so attractive to us.
The Second reason we love one pot meals is we are feed multiple times just by creating this one recipe. How wonderful is that? We prepare the recipe one time, eat it right after it’s cooked. Then bam, we have lunch and or dinner already prepped.
Thirdly we love healthy one pot meals, such as this Potato & Carrot One Pot Meal, because it’s healthy. Only fresh and healthy ingredients are used. So there is no need to feel guilty eating this delicious meal.
The fourth thing we love about one dish meals is that so many are vegetarian recipes, such as this one. This recipe allows us to create non-meat vegan meals while having tasty and healthy food at our fingertips.
