- Sun-Dried Tomatoes – ½ Cup, Julienne Cut Packed in Oil
- Basil – 4 Large Leaves, Chopped

- Many pie Shells have beef or lard as an ingredient. Read the label thoroughly before purchasing the shell or make your own.
- Now, prepare the pie crust as per the package directions.
- While the pie shell is cooking, crack and beat the eight eggs in a large bowl.
- At this time, stir in the half cup of the plain fat-free yogurt.
- Next, chop the sundried tomatoes. Tightly pack into a half cup. Then, add to egg and yogurt mixture and stir to combine.
- Chop the fresh basil leaves and then add to egg blend.
