Sun Dried Tomato Quiche Recipe Ingredients

  • Yogurt – ½ Cup, Fat-Free Plain
  • Four Cheese Blend – ½ Cup, Shredded
  • Eggs – 8 Large
  • Pie Shell – 12 Ounces, Lard & Beef Fat-Free
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes – ½ Cup, Julienne Cut Packed in Oil
  • Basil – 4 Large Leaves, Chopped

How to Prepare our Sun Dried Tomato Quiche Recipe

  1. Many pie Shells have beef or lard as an ingredient. Read the label thoroughly before purchasing the shell or make your own.
  2. Now, prepare the pie crust as per the package directions.
  3. While the pie shell is cooking, crack and beat the eight eggs in a large bowl.
  4. At this time, stir in the half cup of the plain fat-free yogurt.
  5. Next, chop the sundried tomatoes. Tightly pack into a half cup. Then, add to egg and yogurt mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Chop the fresh basil leaves and then add to egg blend.
  7. For this step, add the half cup of shredded cheese and stir the ingredients once again.
  8. Once the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add to the pie shell.
  9. Preheat the oven to 375, or follow shell package directions.
  10. This Dried Tomato Quiche Recipe takes about an hour to cook.
  11. Cut into eight pieces and serve hot or cold; the choice belongs to you.
